Our training courses for the general public are carefully selected by industry experts which (topics) as earlier mentioned must be aimed at improving the skills, experiences, intelligence and management and leadership potentials of participants.

Course presenters

Depending on course, presenters can be drawn from within the financial/banking sector, government departments or universities, NGOs. Expert will also be hired from any part of the world if this is relevant in achieving the objectives of the courses or seminar.

Presentation Format

• Presentations done in a state of the art conference room with the use of multimedia facilities.
• Lecture materials available in both paper and electronic formats to all participants.
• Presentations can be done in either French and/or English languages, depending on target audience and expert presenting.
• Most courses will include group discussions for the purpose of sharing experiences and deriving new solutions or strategies for some crucial challenges.
• Courses are expected to run on intensive basis, starting 8am to 5pm with provisions for lunch breaks. However, seminars may take different time formats.

Potential Participants

Different course and topic selections target different set of individuals within the broader financial/investment service industry. Each course will therefore always outline those who are expected to attend.

Graduate students who wish to work in the financial service industry are advised to register for courses that they deem necessary for their career advancement.

Entertainment and Leisure

• Lunch and snacks are provided to all participants during lunch breaks every course day, alongside water, juice, coffee etc.
• For courses that last for a week, a special sporting session maybe organized at the end of the course. The nature of this sporting session will be decided by participants and can be indoors in our partner hotel or at a sporting complex and can end with a special business dinner party.

Fees and Discounts

• Fees will be set for each course or conference, depending on the number of days and the number and quality of expert presentations that will be provided. Fees also depend on the number and caliber of presenters.
• Special discounts will be available for companies sending in a group (More than two employees)
• Significant discounts also available for students and job seeking graduates. If you are an unemployed graduate and can’t afford to pay, write to us as we may be able to assist through a special program.
