• Our funding intermediation only covers project that are expected to generate reliable and relatively significant revenue. For example, financing for low cost housing, construction of markets, tourism development etc.
• However, we can also intermediate on municipal projects that do not necessarily generate revenue but has a sustainable financing channel. For example, waste disposal

Criteria

For your municipality to qualify for our funding intermediation, the following criteria will have to be satisfied;

• Project to the funded must be formally approved by council or municipality.
• The project must fall within it municipality.
• Project to be funded must be significant benefit to the local economy.
• Although objective of the project may not be to generate profit, it should be able to generate important cash flow necessary for repayment of the loan.
• Projects that do not generate important revenue but are of great significance to the social and economic life of the council may still be considered.
