Financing Intermediation Strategy

  • Once we receive a financing intermediation request, a brief preliminary analysis is done by our analysts to determine if we can proceed with the request. At this stage, we may demand some basic financial and operational information. Click here for preliminary request
  • If our preliminary review is satisfactory, we will invite you for a broad discussion relating to your specific financing requirements. This include type of financing (debt, equity, mezzanine etc.), optimal amount, terms etc.
  • Stage 3 involves signing a convention that gives us the mandate to intermediate on your behalf. The convention will specify clearly the responsibilities of each party, working relations, procedures, time frames, applicable fees etc.
  • Finally, our experts start intermediation on your behalf, through our network of local and international financing partners while systematically updating you with progress until point of completion
